Hours: Hours at the new Alessi bakery are 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday, and 9 .m.-4 p.m. Sunday.

Located at 3003 W Cypress St. in the historic Tampa Letter Carriers’ Social Hall, the new facility will officially open Wednesday, April 15. The 18,000-square-foot space will feature all the classic handmade desserts, baked goods and Cuban sandwiches guests have come to love for the past century, along with a few upgrades.
