The Spelling Bee for Grown-ups

Friday, April 17: Literacy Council of St. Petersburg's Spelling Bee for Grown-ups Fundraiser! The Spelling Bee for Grown-ups features 10 pre-registered teams attempting to spell a selection of words with varying degrees of difficulty—it’s basically a spelling bee, but with adults and drinks. It's also a team event—nobody will need to stand up under a spotlight. Teams sit at tables while attendees cheer them on. It's a serious-but-not-serious Bee where the goal is to have fun and raise funds. General admission is $15, and team registration is $120 per team. It's un-BEE-lievably entertaining and all for a good cause!
