The Boozy Pig Dinner and Demo

Join Homegrown Hillsborough and WellBuilt Cities in this farm-to-table capstone event highlighting the production and processing sectors of the food system. Andrew Tambuzzo of The Boozy Pig, a butchery and kitchen, will complete a butchery demonstration of a half hog while answering questions and sharing his butchery knowledge, hog farming experiences, and fondness for making charcuterie and sausage. A charcuterie grazing board precedes the demo, which is followed by a dinner sourced from local protein providers.
