Tampa-Zero Landfill

The Florida Central Chapter of the International Interior Design Association wants to save old and leftover craft materials from the dump and upcycle them at its annual Zero Landfill event. Attendees will be able to shop for their upcoming projects — whether a page in their junk journal, or a home improvement venture — for free. Crafters can choose from ceramic tile and wood samples to fabric and magazines, and help the planet one DIY project at a time. For those who want to give back, nonperishable food donations are being accepted for Feeding Tampa Bay.
