Sarasota Pineapple Drop Carnival

Enjoy midway rides and games for the whole family and deep-fried treats, sweets and other tasty carnival eats. The SRQ NYE Pineapple Drop Block Party, hosted by the Sarasota Downtown Merchants on Sunday from 1 pm - 1 am, features DJs, live music including 22N dance band and country artist Chas Collins, the annual Pineapple Drop at midnight, and fireworks over Sarasota Bay.
