Prepare for the upcoming school year with our Back-2-School Health Clinics! These clinics provide essential services at no cost to families in Hillsborough County, specifically for school enrollment purposes. From routine immunizations to school physicals and assistance with updating immunization records to the Florida form DH-680, we're here to support you. If your child is new to Hillsborough County Public or Charter Schools, enrolling in Kindergarten, or entering 7th grade, you already meet the criteria to register for our services. Our clinics run every Saturday from July 13th to August 17th, covering various locations throughout Hillsborough County.
