Playwright Showcase - Tapestry: A Weekend of Socially-Conscious Storytelling

When: Sat., May 20, 7-9 p.m. and Sun., May 21, 5:30-7:30 p.m. 2023

With a cast of 24 actors, 20 women, and 4 men, Tapestry is a weekend of five original plays written by Tampa Bay playwright Deborah Bostock-Kelley. The weekend features three short one-acts and a full-length on Saturday night and a full-length play on Sunday evening.

Each Saturday show tackles a socially conscious subject, Sunday is a series of true, honest, comedic/dramatic monologues about breasts curated from people in the community.
