Next Level Workshops | Mixed Media Relief | with Latonya Hicks

Adults 18+ | Beginner-Intermediate Level In this Exploratory Mixed Media Relief class, participants will experience a variety of materials and techniques to create unique artworks. The class incorporates weaving, wrapping, sculpting with air dry clay and aluminum foil, drawing with thread, bead mosaics, resin, painting and constructing forms using chicken wire. Bring a new or used canvas to create your own DIY loom and any materials you’d like to include in your artwork. Latonya Hicks is one of Tampa Museum of Art’s Skyway 2024 featured Artists. *Some classes may require additional materials and/or model fee.
