New Year’s Eve Dining at Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach

Celebrate New Year’s Eve with a holiday dinner at Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach’s SHOR American Seafood Grill! The restaurant will offer a three-course special in addition to its typical menu. The special begins with a mixed winter green salad with butternut squash, roasted beets, praline walnuts and topped with a cider zinfandel vinaigrette. The entrée course includes the option of a grilled beef tenderloin topped with a bacon and sherry bearnaise, or a pan-seared grouper topped with a tangerine brown butter vinaigrette. Each entrée selection is served with potato fondants, asparagus, and fried onion. A lobster tail add-on is available
