Morning Meditation for Stress Relief

This is an in-person meditation where you will leave feeling more at peace and ease. This style of meditation is suitable for anyone, even those new to meditation. Consistent meditation has many benefits, including: Stress reduction Inner peace and balance Clarity of the mind Improved focus and attention Better sleep Improved mood We will work with the breath, relaxing the body, and a gentle guided visualization. No prior experience with meditation is needed. The meditation will last about an hour, and we will have time to debrief.
