Kotler Gallery presents Project Return: Mental Health Recovery and Art. The Arnold and Louise Kotler Art Gallery located inside the John F. Germany Public Library is proud to present the work of Project Return artists. Project Return, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for people recovering from mental illness through the Center for Lifelong Education, Training, and Development so that they may live productive and fulfilling lives in the community.
