Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation modality that works to ease the subconscious into the space between wake and sleep. In Nidra you do not lose consciousness, yet your entire body, mind, and nervous system obtain complete rest through deep relaxation. For the final half-hour of class you will enjoy a sound bath, easing you into the most blissful savasana of your life. This class is for you if you've been feeling exhausted, burnt out, under the weather, or want to take preventative measures to avoid those things! Dress comfy and in layers for this 75-minute class.
