Historic Kenwood BungalowFest: The 25th Annual Home Tour

Come out and enjoy Southwest Florida’s premier architectural home tour, returning for its 25th season! This year’s exciting experience explores architectural diversity and showcases 10 homes spotlighting our urban rebirth and the phenomenon of living large in small spaces. The 25th Annual BungalowFest will feature Craftsman Bungalows, Ranch, Mid-Century, and Modern homes with a special look inside a former grocery store converted into a 4-unit complex. BungalowFest will also offer guided tours of Historic St. Petersburg High School's renovations, giving an exclusive look into the history of the nation's first million-dollar high school.
