Four-Course Wine Dinner with The Prisoner Wine Co.

Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach and The Prisoner Wine Co. will present at four-course wine pairing dinner on Friday, December 20. The dinner will begin with a serving of tuna toro nigri with a granny smith citrus foam and salmon egg paired with the Blindfold, Blanc de Noir. The second course will feature red mole-braised duck empanadas paired with The Prisoner Red Blend, followed by an entrée serving of a Waygu beef pommes mille-feuille paired with The Prisoner Cabernet Sauvignon. To conclude the meal, diners will enjoy a warm-roasted banana cake with dark chocolate hazelnut bark paired with the Saldo Zinfandel.
