Flight Club: Straddle and Press

Learn to trust your hands! Flight Club is your opportunity to workshop handstands and other arm-balancing shapes. These sessions are loosely structured to adapt to the needs of the students. Every Flight Club begins with handstand practice. In this session, students will also focus on pressing up into handstand from a straddle position. Expect drills and strengthening exercises to prepare for pressing up from wide-legged fold. As always, personalized input will be offered. Dillon Reeder leads you through warm-up exercises and drills that complement and build up to the focus pose. Progressions and regressions are provided for all levels.
