Learn to trust your hands! Flight Club is your opportunity to workshop handstands and other arm-balancing shapes. These sessions are loosely structured to adapt to the needs of the students. Every Flight club with begin with handstand practice. In this session, students will also focus on forearm balances like headstand and forearm stand (Pincha Mayurasana). Expect drills and exercises to open the shoulders, strengthen the forearms, and personalized input to get upside down! Dillon Reeder leads you through warm-up exercises and drills that complement and build up to the focus pose. Progressions and regressions are provided for all levels. Questions
