Exhibition: “3 Women…3 Points-of-View”

Three women: Carole Rosefelt, Donna Plunkett and Barbara Beyhl are close friends, yet their art is distinctly different. Carole Rosefelt is still making original art at the age of ninety-two with new alcohol ink paintings. Donna Plunkett works with rolled paper and other repurposed materials to create three-dimensional creatures and landscapes, illustrating her recent interest in birds and rusty metal. Barbara Beyhl’s paintings and drawings employ paint, ink, graphite, and other media. The theme of her work in the show is “The Human Element”. September’s Second Saturday Art Walk reception includes food, drink and live acoustic music by Kari Kane.
