This Easter, The Westin Tampa Bay’s new waterfront restaurant, Palmette Brasserie and Bar, is transforming brunch into an all-out celebration. Easter by the Bay brings together an indulgent buffet, free-flowing drinks including bottomless mimosas, live music, a visit from the Easter Bunny, and a dedicated dessert station all set against the breathtaking backdrop of Tampa Bay. From 10:00am to 2:00pm, guests will be treated to a lavish spread crafted by the Palmette culinary team, led by Executive Chef Saravanan Appadurai, showcasing the fresh, coastal-inspired flavors the restaurant has quickly become known for.
