This is an all levels class designed to support mindful movement with a steady pace and accessible positions and transitions. This slow flow practice emphasizes clear alignment, intentional transitions, and at times you’ll have the option to coordinate breath with movement. You can expect a balance of gentle stretching, supported strength-building, and poses that encourage stability, posture awareness, and ease in the body. Options and modifications are offered throughout, allowing each person to adjust the practice to meet their needs. This class is open to all levels and offered as a community class to keep yoga welcoming and accessible.
