Christmas Eve Dining at Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach

On Christmas Eve, SHOR will serve holiday dinner specials. The specials include a spiced roasted whole catch served with a burnt citrus and ginger vinaigrette, and a smokey herb and garlic prime rib with pan jus.
