Christmas Dining at Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach

Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach announces its Christmas dining experiences for guests and local residents at its SHOR American Seafood Grill. The resort will feature an extravagant holiday buffet as a holiday dinner special. The Christmas Day buffet will be available between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. The menu will feature a carving station with fried grouper and slow-roasted beef tenderloin. Diners can also enjoy handcrafted cheese and artisan cured meats, made-to-order omelets, and fresh seafood selections ranging from jumbo gulf shrimp to cold oysters.
