Author Mark Woods, a Jacksonville Times-Union metro columnist, will be speaking and answering questions about his book Lassoing the Sun on March 16 at North Community Library. Mark spent a year in America's national parks after winning the Eugene C. Pulliam Fellowship. His journey started with a sunrise in Maine, finished with a sunset in Hawaii and had a life-changing event in the middle: his mother’s death.
