Paddlers lead the way upriver from Lowry Park to Sulphur Springs in the 24th Annual Hillsborough River Holiday Boat Parade, Sunday, December 22. Tampa’s original, free event for everyone and every boat – kayaks, canoes, power boats too, starts at Lowry Park Boat Ramp, 1204 W Flora St., ends at Sulphur Springs Action League’s Community Party at Sulphur Springs Park, 701 E.
