2026 Historic Kenwood BungalowFest Home Tour: Centennial Celebration

Join us for Southwest Florida’s premier architectural home tour as we celebrate the 27th annual BungalowFest in Historic Kenwood. This beloved event showcases the neighborhood’s distinctive charm, featuring beautifully preserved homes ranging from 97 to 106 years old, with a strong concentration of Craftsman bungalows. This year also marks the Centennial celebration of St. Pete High School, the nation’s first million-dollar high school. More than a home tour, BungalowFest is a celebration of design, community, and creativity, with proceeds supporting local artists, neighborhood programs, and year-round community initiatives.
